Description: Woolery Mill was built in 1930 as a stone mill and was transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Now a designated National Historic Landmark, the space boasts soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and massive windows. With the perfect accommodations for parties from 100 to 475 and an expansive patio, there’s plenty of space for your celebration. The facility includes 3 event space areas, offices, 2 restroom areas, pre-function areas, lobby, full service large kitchen, 2 prep kitches, multi-purpose room, loading area, cooler and freezer in kitchen area, and other support areas. A mezzanine for storage and back of house items with approximately 6,150 square feet of space was also part of the design.
