Description: This project consists of 185 total units including 126 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and 59 assisted living units. The building totals approximately 230,000 SF plus garages of 18,371 SF. Also included was a full-service kitchen, dining rooms, meeting rooms, fitness center, therapy spaces, and administrative areas.
