Description:This project was the design and construction of a three-story building, with basement, assisted living facility. This was a 3 phase project to replace the previous Sycamore Building. This first phase was a 51,000 square foot building with a mechanical room, resident storage, and 5-resident units in the basement level. The first, second, and third level each have 15 units per floor and are a mix of mostly 1 bedroom units, with a few 2 bedroom units.
