Description: This project was a new 2-story corporate headquarters building was constructed in Intech Park in Indianapolis for an electric generation and transmission cooperative. The building consists of a two-story office section, an operations center, and a conference center. The 24/7/365 operations center was built with security and reliability in mind, including dual-fed power, data and HVAC systems with generator backup. A large conference center with multiple meeting areas and a large board room was constructed to host co-op meetings.
