Description: This project is the renovation of the first and second floor of Springmill Surgery Center’s North wing and is in two phases. Phase 1: Renovation of 12,000 square feet of the first floor in the North wing of the building. Six (6) endoscopy rooms and one (1) ERCP room were added, as well as supporting support spaces (scope processing, pre/post, etc.). The space was configured as a non-invasive outpatient suite. The new space was licensed as an outpatient surgery center. Phase 2: Renovation of the second floor in the North wing. Two new OR’s for ocular surgeries and additional sterilization equipment will be added. The existing systems serving this area will need to be evaluated and upgraded/replaced to accommodate higher acuity licensure requirements. Phase two is in construction now.
