The new 20,000 square foot addition included a stage, orchestra pit and auditorium style seat- ing. Including, backstage green room (changing and performance prep area), electrical and sound equipment rooms, men’s and women’s locker areas, and public restrooms. Electrical provided new electrical service and coordinated theater space with specialty consultants. Mechanical provided supply air, return, and ductwork to serve the new space with four new rooftop units. As well as plumbing provided storm, sanitary waste and vent piping, domestic cold water with hot water recirculating loop, fire protection, plumbing fixtures, and propane gas to serve equipment.
