Description: This project was the addition and renovation of an existing retail store. The existing remodeled space was approximately 11,659 SF and the expansion was approximately 5,415 SF.  The existing building was one-story with a partial cellar floor below grade. The new building includes a mezzanine over a portion of the new first floor addition. The Architect that chose us for HVAC, fire protection, electrical and plumbing design was Cooler Design, Incorporated.
