Description: This project consisted of two additions to an existing fraternity house and interior renovations. Our services included kitchen renovations and restroom renovations on the 2nd and 3rd levels. These areas are comprised of approximately 5,000 SF for the two additions. The addition was added to the south side and comprised of 3 floors of which were restrooms and living rooms. An elevator was also added. The basement was renovated from a pool room to a study room. Outside, Vector added 3 elevated fire pits.
