Description: The Penn Street apartment project renovated the 15-story Consolidated Building in downtown Indianapolis into an urban apartment complex. The top 14 floors of apartments include modern indoor amenities while maintaining the historic exterior and feel. The 1st floor included shell space for retail and office space. This 130,000 square foot complex was completed in 2015.
