Description: This project consisted of two garages (North and South) with a total capacity of nearly 900 spaces.  These projects are general described by the Carmel Redevelopment Commission in their RFQ dated May 20, 2016.  This was a design/build effort and MEP partners were identified as part of the initial GMP proposal process.
