Location: Laredo, Texas

Description: This project consisted of an 80,000 square foot warehouse that contained a 30,000 square foot cleanroom to be used for medical supply preparation. The cleanroom consisted of an ISO class 8 and class 9 spaces. Maintaining pressures and temperatures in these spaces was a challenge given the conveyor openings and fork truck doors. The project budget was very tight on this project, resulting in extreme design considerations. Genesis worked extremely close with equipment manufacturers to achieve the required control capability, while utilizing off the shelf equipment to maintain cost constraints. Genesis was heavily involved during the construction process to ensure the proper installation of the equipment.
