Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Description: The cooling system for the main classroom and office building was replaced. The existing system consisted of large air-cooled condensing units connected to air handling units. This refrigerant based system was converted to a more efficient chilled water system. The cooling coils in all of the air handling units were replaced. The new chilled water system consisted of a new 270-ton air cooled chiller, complete with pumps, buffer tanks and new temperature controls. Construction was completed in 2018.
