Location: Indiana University – Bloomington, Indiana

Description: This project was a complete renovation of the five (5) Teter Quad residential complex. Genesis replaced the 30-year-old fan coil units with an all new state of the art HVAC system. The newer fan coil unit does a better job cooling and removing humidity in the air. A fan coil unit was put in each room of Teter. An all new Dalmatian sprinkler system was also included in our design. Each student room has its own side wall and sprinkler head now. In order to power the new diesel fuel generator a new fire pump was essential. We also put in new lights, data wiring, card access, restrooms, and an ADA elevator. We are certain, Indiana University students will like to call Teter their home away from home.
