Location: Bloomington, Indiana

Description: The entire sixth floor of this building was renovated into new office, classroom and meeting space. Part of this project included replacement of the main air handling unit, heating system and electrical distribution systems. The new heating system consisted of new steam to hot water heat exchangers, complete with new pumps and controls. New electrical power distribution panels and classroom/conference room technology were installed, along with new upgraded lighting and controls. Construction was completed in 2016.
