Location: Anderson, Indiana

Description: This project consisted of a new three story, 66,000 square foot medical office building. The project was built in several phases consisting of a core and shell phase and several tenant finish phases. The building included several types of doctor’s offices: physical therapy, endocrinology, occupational health, behavioral health, family medicine, and others. Additional spaces included an outpatient lab, rehabilitation space, a pool, community rooms, and a radiology area. The project was delivered in a design build method.
