Description: This LEED certified building includes 11,000 square feet of office space along with a 15,000 square foot vehicle maintenance shop. The office area is heated and cooled using geothermal heat pumps. Given the remote location, the building domestic water system comes from its own well. A water tower stores fire protection water for the building’s sprinkler system. The maintenance shop area has a central fluid system, which distributes grease, oil, fluids and anti-freeze to hose reels in the custom work-bay islands. These islands also include flexible power, data, and vehicle exhaust systems capable of handling the wide variety of military vehicles that are serviced.
