Description: This twelve-story structure was built in 1898 as the Law Building, catering to law firms due to its close proximity to Indianapolis City Hall, Marion County Courthouses, and Indiana Statehouse. Over time it has had a variety of tenants move in and out. However, one hundred years later, it is now becoming an Aloft Hotel by Marriott. This project was an approximately 54,000 square foot renovation.
